Unkai Japanese restaurant in Vienna offers a cooking course with Chef de cuisine Hiroshi Sakai and Grand Hotel Wien Food & Beverage Director Siegfried Pucher once a month!
Starting at 11.00 a.m. with a short introduction on Japanese cuisine, the participants rotate 4 different stations in the kitchen.
As the highlight of the Japanese Cooking Course, all self-made dishes are enjoyed together!
